These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services provided by Sharif.Agency (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website or hiring our services, you agree to these terms.
- Services
We provide marketing and creative services, including but not limited to:
- Graphic design
- Social media management
- Videography
- Photography
- Performance marketing
The exact scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before the start of each project.
- Pricing & Payment
- All prices are provided in PLN unless otherwise stated.
- Payment terms will be specified in the proposal or invoice (usually 50% upfront, 50% upon completion).
- Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
- Revisions & Approval
- Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed.
- Additional revisions will be charged according to our hourly rate.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- If the client cancels the project after work has started, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Refunds for completed work will not be issued.
- Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose it to third parties without consent.
- Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
We comply with GDPR regulations. Any personal data provided will be used only for project execution and will not be shared with unauthorized parties.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union.
